techDrop ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website techdrop.repair and the mobile device repair service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

• Your device type and the issue you're experiencing
• Your service address or location

We also collect standard usage data through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (anonymous page views, general device/browser type) to understand how visitors interact with our site.

• To confirm your repair appointment and dispatch a technician
• To contact you with updates about your service via phone or text
• To improve our service quality and scheduling
• To send follow-up communications if you opt in

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate (AWS for infrastructure, Resend for email delivery). These providers process data solely on our behalf.

Analytics & Advertising

Data Retention

Booking and customer records are retained for up to 3 years to support warranty claims and service history. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
